About

Who you are considering hiring.

Three years of applied practice, one industry, and a niche chosen through a filter rather than by accident. The parts that usually go unsaid are on this page.

Ahmad Bilal Alvi

Let me deal with the thing you already noticed.

I am based in Pakistan. For some operators that is the first thing they register, and I would rather answer it here than let it sit in the background of a conversation.

It does not change the work. Auditing a profile, identifying why three specific competitors sit above you, and correcting every controllable factor inside thirty days requires understanding Google’s local ranking system, your industry, and your competitors’ configuration. None of it requires standing in Miami.

It does change the rate. My cost base is not yours, which means a level of specialist attention a US agency cannot deliver at the same number. That is not a discount on quality. It is a different operating cost.

And none of it requires your trust in advance. The audit comes first, and it is free.

Three years of applied practice, not a certificate.

I did not take a course and immediately start selling services. I spent three years building and running my own websites, monetized through organic search. Those sites earned real revenue, which matters for one reason: I have been on the receiving end of my own SEO decisions.

During that period I also worked on rank-and-rent, building sites targeted at local business keywords. It taught me the lesson most local SEO practitioners take years to reach, and it taught it the expensive way. Business Profile authority comes from signals a real business generates and a manufactured one cannot. A verified address that exists. Customers who actually rented something. Operating history. You cannot construct local authority from the outside.

That is now one of the more useful things I know. When I work on a real operator’s profile I know precisely which signals are available to a legitimate business, and which are being left unclaimed.

I ran a filter, and this industry is what came out of it.

Four conditions. The industry had to have owners who already understand marketing produces revenue, enough revenue per transaction that the arithmetic is obvious, genuine neglect by the agencies working in local search, and a product that will still exist in ten years.

01

The arithmetic is not an argument

At $500 to $2,000 per rental day, a $1,499 retainer is covered by one to three bookings. Nobody needs convincing that search visibility is worth paying for when a few extra bookings a month cover it. That removes the most tedious conversation in this business.

02

The profiles are genuinely unconfigured

The large chains handle their own marketing at scale. The independents do not. The pattern is consistent: premium fleets attached to profiles with one category, an empty services tab, photos from launch week, and a review response rate under a third.

03

The product cannot be automated away

Driving a supercar along the coast at sunset is not a service software replaces. The industry will still be selling a physical experience in ten years, and people will still find it through local search.

04

Specificity is legible to the buyer

When an operator gets an email from a general SEO freelancer and one from somebody who audited their profile, named the two businesses above them, and knew what an unanswered one-star costs at their price point, the difference does not need explaining.

What working together actually looks like.

Capacity

I take a small number of clients at a time and intend to keep it that way. Local SEO done properly is not volume work. It requires knowing one competitive landscape well enough to notice when the business at #1 quietly adds four categories.

Communication

A monthly document stating what was done, what changed, and what is planned. If something is not moving, that is in the document too, with the reason. You should never receive a report that only contains good news.

Honesty

I will not promise you a ranking position. Anyone who does is either inexperienced or counting on you not checking. The controllable factors get handled inside thirty days and the measurement stays consistent.

Unpaid work

Early engagements get the same execution as paid ones. Not out of principle: case studies are the asset this business runs on, and a weak one produced from half-effort free work is worth less than none.

The long term

The objective is not indefinite dependency. It is a local search position that compounds, and an operator who understands what maintains it. Clients who understand what they are paying for are the ones who stay.

Your data

Nothing about your business is published on this site. No logo, no screenshot of your profile, no numbers, and no case study without your written agreement.

One more thing worth telling you.

I left a stable government job to do this. That was not a casual decision, and it sets the terms I am operating under. My reputation inside a niche this specific is the only asset I have, and reputation in a category where every operator in a city knows the others is built on one thing: whether the businesses I work with end up ranking.

That is the entire incentive structure. It lines up with yours closely enough that you do not have to take anything on faith.

Find out what your profile actually scores.

I score your Business Profile on five dimensions, against the businesses currently ranking above you, and send it to you. Forty-eight hours, no cost, no follow-up sequence, and it never appears anywhere but your inbox.
