A Rolls-Royce in a service workshop

How I work

Audit first. Then the same sequence, every time.

No engagement starts with a proposal. It starts with a scored audit, delivered privately, and you are free to take it to somebody else. What follows is the method, not somebody else’s result.

What I measure.

Every profile is scored on five dimensions, twenty points each. Nothing subjective. A category is either active or it is not. The finished audit goes to you and is never shown to anyone else, so what follows is the framework rather than a client’s numbers.

01

Category coverage

/ 20

Google uses categories as matching signals, and each active category opens a distinct set of queries a profile is eligible for. Most profiles in this industry run one where several legitimately apply, which quietly removes them from searches they would otherwise win.

02

Services

/ 20

Indexed separately from the description, which makes it extra keyword surface rather than a repeat of it. In exotic rental it matters more than anywhere, because your inventory has proper nouns attached. Nobody searches “exotic car rental.” They search for a car.

03

Photos and posts

/ 20

Two effects that compound. A profile whose newest photo is fourteen months old looks dormant to somebody comparing three options at this price point, and it gives Google nothing new to associate with the business.

04

Review management

/ 20

Not the total. The arrival rate, the response rate, and what the replies say. Volume runs low in this industry because people rent once or twice a year, so each individual review carries more weight than in almost any other local category.

05

Questions and answers

/ 20

An open field anybody can post to, including a competitor. The questions are identical in every market: minimum age, deposit, insurance, mileage, delivery, chauffeur. Leaving them unanswered hands the narrative to whoever answers first.

Then the same sequence, every time.

What lands in your inbox.

One document a month. What was done, what moved, what did not, and what is planned next. If something is going backwards it is in there with the reason, because a report that only contains good news is not a report.

Nothing about your business is published here or anywhere else. No logo on this site, no screenshot of your profile, no case study without your written agreement.

Why the audit is not published.

An audit names a business, shows its position, and lists what it is doing badly. That document belongs to the operator who asked for it, not on a marketing page. It arrives by email and it stays there.

If a case study is ever published on this site it will be because a client agreed to it in writing, and the page will say so.

Find out what your profile actually scores.

I score your Business Profile on five dimensions, against the businesses currently ranking above you, and send it to you. Forty-eight hours, no cost, no follow-up sequence, and it never appears anywhere but your inbox.
