About me

The specialist behind the strategy.

Three years of self-directed SEO practice. A deliberate niche. An honest track record. Here is exactly who you are considering working with.

Ahmad Bilal Alvi
Let me address the question you are already thinking

I am based in Pakistan. I know that is the first thing some business owners notice, and I would rather address it directly than let it sit as an unanswered doubt.

Here is what geography does and does not affect.

It does not affect my ability to audit your Google Business Profile, identify exactly why your competitors are ranking above you, and fix every controllable factor within 30 days. GBP optimisation, citation building, schema markup, content strategy, and review velocity management — none of this requires me to be in Miami or Las Vegas. It requires me to understand Google’s local ranking algorithm, your industry, and your competitors’ weaknesses. That knowledge has no postcode.

It does not affect the quality of the work. My written English is professional. My client communication is clear and timely. My reporting is transparent. You will never wonder what I am working on or whether anything is moving.

What it does affect: my rate. Because my cost of living is not yours, I can offer a level of specialist expertise at a retainer that a US-based agency charging the same amount could not come close to matching in quality. That is not a compromise. That is an advantage — for both of us.

The audit I deliver before any engagement begins will show you the depth of what I bring. You will not be asked to take my word for it.

The background

Three years of practice. Not theory.

I did not learn SEO from a course and immediately start offering services.

I spent three years building, testing, and applying SEO strategies on my own websites and blogs that I ran independently and monetised through organic search traffic. Those sites generated real revenue. That matters because it means I have personal experience of what it feels like when a ranking strategy works, when it does not, and what the difference actually is — not in a classroom, but in results that show up in a bank account.

During that time, I also attempted the rank-and-rent model: building websites targeting local business keywords with the intention of renting them to businesses or generating leads for them. It taught me something that most SEO practitioners take years to understand: Google Business Profile authority comes from genuine business signals — a real verified address, actual customer reviews, legitimate operating history, and consistent business activity. You cannot fake your way to local authority.

That understanding is now one of my strongest assets when working with real businesses. I know exactly why a real operating business can rank where a manufactured site cannot, and I know how to build every signal that a genuine business is entitled to leverage.

I also invested in understanding Answer Engine Optimisation — AEO — before it became a common term in the industry. As AI platforms began to influence search behaviour, I studied how businesses became visible inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot: structured content, schema markup, citation building in AI-indexed sources, and entity recognition. Most SEO practitioners are still catching up to this. I built it into my service offering from the start.

Why this niche

I did not land here by accident.

Choosing to work exclusively as a Local SEO expert for exotic and luxury car rental businesses was a deliberate decision that went through a rigorous process — not a marketing positioning exercise.

I started with a simple filter: which industries in the United States have business owners who understand the value of digital marketing, have genuine revenue to invest in it, and are underserved by the current market of generic SEO agencies?

Exotic car rental cleared every filter.

The revenue per transaction is significant: $500 to $2,000 per rental day means that a $1,000 monthly retainer represents less than one booking’s revenue for most operators. That makes the ROI conversation straightforward rather than difficult. A client does not need to be persuaded that SEO is worth the investment when two additional bookings per month cover the cost ten times over.

The market is genuinely underoptimised. The major chains — Hertz, Enterprise, and Avis — handle their own marketing at scale. But hundreds of independent exotic car rental operators across Miami, Las Vegas, Austin, Los Angeles, and San Diego are running premium fleets with little to no local SEO strategy. Their Google Business Profiles are incomplete. Their citations are inconsistent. Their review systems are nonexistent. That is a clear, addressable gap.

The niche is AI-resistant. Physical experiences — driving a Lamborghini through Miami at sunset — are not replaceable by technology. The rental industry is not threatened by disruption in the way that many other sectors are. I am building expertise in an industry that will still exist and still depend on local search in ten years.

And the specificity matters to clients. When an exotic car rental operator in Miami receives an outreach message from a “general SEO freelancer” alongside a message from someone who specialises exclusively in their industry — who audited their specific profile, named their specific competitors, and spoke their industry’s language — the difference is immediately clear.

How I work

What you can expect when we work together.

I work with a small number of clients at any one time. This is a deliberate choice, not a temporary limitation. Local SEO done properly is not a volume operation; it requires specific attention to each client’s competitive landscape, their review situation, their content gaps, and how their ranking position evolves month by month.

On communication

You will receive clear, regular updates. You will never have to chase me for a report or wonder what I am working on. Every month, you will see exactly what was done, what changed, and what is planned for the following month. If something isn’t moving as it should, I’ll let you know why and what needs to be adjusted.

On honesty

I will not promise you a specific ranking position. Google controls the algorithm, and anyone who guarantees a number is not being straight with you. What I will promise is that every factor within our control will be fully optimised within the first 30 days, your GBP activity metrics will grow every single month, and my reporting will be transparent on every movement in either direction.

On results

I do excellent work even when it is free. My first clients are receiving the same level of attention and execution that I will bring to every engagement that follows, because my case studies are my most important business asset for the next two years, and a weak case study produced from half-hearted free work is worth nothing. The standard does not change based on what is on the invoice.

On long term

My goal is not to keep you dependent on my services indefinitely. My goal is to build your local search presence to a point where it becomes a reliable, compounding source of booking inquiries and where you understand clearly what is maintaining it and why. Clients who understand what they are paying for are clients who stay.

One more thing

I left a stable government job to build this business. That was not a decision made lightly, and it means I am not here to produce mediocre work and move on. My reputation in this niche is the only asset that matters to me right now. And reputation in a niche as specific as exotic car rental SEO is built entirely on whether clients get results.

“That is the only incentive structure I am operating under. It aligns well with yours.”
The audit is free

If you want to see what I can find in your Google Business Profile before any conversation about working together, the audit is free, it takes 48 hours, and it will tell you more about your local search situation than most paid consultations will.
